 August 25, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission approved the Bank of Beijing's preparation for the establishment of Bank of Beijing Wealth Management Co., Ltd., and the preparation work should be completed within 6 months from the date of approval. On September 27, 2021, the announcement of the resolution of the board of directors issued by the Bank of Beijing stated that the board of directors of the bank reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Establishment of a Wealth Management Subsidiary by the Bank of Beijing", agreeing to invest no more than 5 billion yuan to establish a wealth management subsidiary.
