We must continue to build a market-oriented, rule of law, and internationalized first-class business environment, provide equal support for domestic and foreign enterprises to participate in large-scale equipment updates, government procurement, bidding, etc., smooth channels for foreign enterprises to reflect and solve their demands, timely promote policies, listen to demands, and respond to relevant issues. Foreign invested provinces should shoulder their responsibilities and play a greater role, increase precision investment attraction efforts, strengthen service guarantees, accelerate the landing and construction of foreign investment projects, and play the role of various open platforms such as free trade pilot zones, national economic and technological development zones, comprehensive bonded zones, and national service industry comprehensive pilot projects to expand opening.
