Industry News | 10. Departments: Further support foreign institutions to invest in domestic science and technology enterprises

Recently, the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Development and Reform Commission and other ten departments jointly issued the "Several Policy Measures on Further Supporting Overseas Institutions to Invest in Domestic Science and Technology Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the "Several Measures")

The "Several Measures" focus on the business characteristics of overseas institutions and the development needs of domestic technology-based enterprises, and propose 16 specific measures in four aspects: optimizing management services, increasing financing support, strengthening communication and cooperation, and improving exit mechanisms. It requires relevant departments in various regions to strengthen cooperation, integrate resources, and optimize services, jointly do a good job in various work of overseas institutions investing in domestic technology-based enterprises, promote the formation of a comprehensive technology and financial service system, and better play the role of finance in supporting technological innovation.

Next, the Ministry of Commerce will work with relevant departments to jointly carry out policy promotion, interpretation, and detailed implementation, strengthen promotion services for key overseas institutions, and better support the financing development of domestic technology-based enterprises.
