Core market institutions, securities and futures business institutions, securities and futures service institutions, fund custodian institutions, and related technology enterprises in the jurisdiction:

In order to further do a good job in the pilot work of financial technology innovation in the capital market and promote the steady development of financial technology in the securities and futures industry, according to the pilot work arrangement, the relevant work notice is hereby as follows:

1. Carry out the second batch of projects of the Capital Market Fintech Innovation Pilot (Beijing) for collection and selection

The pilot work will continue to be carried out in the form of regular collection and phased selection, and the acceptance date of the application materials for the current selection will be until November 20. All units are requested to actively participate in the pilot work in accordance with the requirements of the "Capital Market Financial Technology Innovation Pilot (Beijing) Project Application Manual".

II. Revision of the "Capital Market Fintech Innovation Pilot (Beijing) Project Application Manual"

In order to further deepen the pilot level and release the momentum of financial technology innovation, the working group has updated and revised the application manual in the following aspects.

(1) New pilot project reporting entities, accounting firms and law firms can declare pilot projects in securities and futures business scenarios;

(2) Further standardize the classification of pilot projects, and clarify the definition and compliance requirements of four types of projects: business innovation, public services, technological innovation and technology empowerment.

(3) For the time being, science and technology enterprises that have not found the pilot institutions to jointly apply for pilot projects may apply to the Beijing Working Group for docking pilot services.

(4) Some content clauses have been optimized to improve the adaptability of the pilot mechanism to the development of fintech in the jurisdiction.
