Recently, on the Ali judicial auction platform, the Hongkou District People's Court of Shanghai held a judicial auction of 3.33% of the equity of JD Allianz Property Insurance held by Yingxue Investment, and the starting price of this part of the equity of the Ministry was 57.5 million yuan, which was the same as the appraisal price. The starting price of the sub-shares is 57.5 million yuan, which is the same as the appraised price.

The auction was mainly related to the debt dispute of Yingxue Investment. According to Ali Auction Network, the auction disposal unit is the Shanghai Hongkou District People's Court.

According to the auction results, the equity was auctioned by Allianz Insurance Group on October 14 for 57.5 million yuan. This also means that after completing the relevant procedures, Allianz Insurance Group's shareholding in JD Allianz Property Insurance is expected to increase to 53.33%.
